AJ'S Fusilli Pasta
Fusilli is a spiral or corkscrew shaped pasta. Because of its twists, it has grooves that are good for holding onto rich and creamy sauces. Made from 100% semolina, this versatile AJ’s pasta tastes great in pasta bakes, salads or one-pan dishes.
Ingredient
2 Cup Boiled Ajs Pasta, 2 tsp Olive Oil, 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion, 2 tsp Chopped Garlic,1 tsp Chopped green Chilies, 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes, 1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum,2 Cup Tomato Juice a pinch of Chili powder, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp dry Oregano, Salt, 1tsp red Chili.
Method
Boil water (for 1 cup Ajs Pasta 5 cups water), add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil and add Ajs Pasta. After Pasta' is cooked, remove from flame, strain and run cold water through it and keep aside. Heat oil (38 tsp) in a pan, and add Onion, Green Chilies and Saute the Onion till they turn golden brown, Add the Tomatoes and Capsicum and Saute on Medium Flame for 2 minutes. Add the Tomato juice, Chilli powder, basil, oregano and salt and mix well Cook For 3 min. on Medium Flame.
After that add Ajs Pasta and mix well so that the Sauce in Well Coated on to it and remove from flame, Serve hot and garnish with Chease and Chilli Flake

AJ'S Penne Pasta
Penne is one of the most famous Italian pasta shapes and is loved across the world. This cylindrical shaped AJ’s Pasta made with 100% semolina, pairs well with chunky vegetable based sauces as its ridges can easily capture the sauce.
Ingredient

AJ'S Macaroni
Macaroni is dry pasta shaped like narrow tubes referred to as elbow macaroni. Made with 100% semolina, this hollow shaped pasta can hold up to heavy sauces like dishes with chunks of vegetables and is also used in baked dishes like macaroni and cheese, cold salads, soups etc.
Ingredient

AJ'S Vermicelli
Vermicelli is a traditional type of Pasta round in section similar to spaghetti or noodles but is much thinner. AJ’s Vermicelli is prepared using 100% semolina and is in the form of small and slender threads. This popular product is used in various kinds of vermicelli recipes such as Upma, Kheer and Pulao
Ingredient
1 Cup AJs Vermicelli, 1 tsp Oil, 1 tsp Ghee, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 Clove 1 Small Stick Dalchini, 1 Elachi, 1/4 Cup Green Peas, 1/4 Grated Carrot 1/2 tsp Chili Powder, 1/4 tsp Haldi, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, Salt to taste.
Method
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick Kadhai, add the AJs Vermicelli and saute on a medium flame for 5 min. remove & keep a side. Heat the Ghee in the same non-sick Kadhai add the Cumin seeds, clove, Cinnamon and Cardamom and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
Add the Green peas and carrot and Saute on a medium flame for another 2 minutes. Add the Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala and Salt and saute on a medium flame for 30 more seconds.
Add 1 cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 min. with Stirring occasionally Add the AJs Vermicelli and mix well. Cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 6 min's. While Stirring occasionally, Add the lemon juice and mix well.
