Our team performs batch-wise testing of each batch produced at the site. A number of microbiological tests are carried out for pesticides and afflatoxin residue & all other necessary tests required right from arrival of Raw Material till its conversion to finished products is a routine for our quality team.
Processed products
We offer a variety of pasta products such as Penne, Fusilli, Vermicelli, Macaroni,roasted Vermicelli & long cut vermicelli. Extrusion cooking is a method of compacting starchy materials in a tube using a combination of moisture, pressure, heat, and mechanical shear. This causes the starch to gelatinize, the protein to denaturize, and the particle to expand exothermically. Following this, the sheet is cut into the desired shapes and sizes. To ensure that the product has a long shelf life, the final pallets are dried at a high temperature for certain amount of time.
